Join Conrad and Claudia Vispo of the Hawthorne Valley Farmscape Ecology Program for the second of a series of monthly Winter Botany Walks. We’ll explore the different types of forests at High Falls in Philmont and practice our skills in identifying woody plants and forbs in the winter.
This walk is free, all ages and levels of knowledge are welcome, but participant numbers are limited. Please register with Claudia fep@hawthornevalleyfarm.org or 518-672-7994 to reserve your space and receive directions. We encourage you to register for at least three of the Winter Botany Walks and will give preference to participants who do so.
