We lead free public ecology walks throughout the year. Sometimes these walks focus on particular groups of organisms, like spring flowers or butterflies, and other times the walks focus on exploring a particular natural area.
Registration for our walks is required and there is often a waiting list, as we limit group size to what we feel is manageable for the natural area we’ll be visiting.
The best way to find out promptly about upcoming walks and how to register to participate is by joining our email list, as we send out a monthly news and events email for all upcoming events (including walks) that month. Upcoming walks are also listed on the events calendar.
In addition to our free public ecology walks, we also frequently collaborate with other organizations to offer ecology walks, and entertain requests for customized ecology walks.
